RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns and Refunds
Physical Products (Prints, Calendars, etc.): We accept returns and offer refunds for physical products within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original condition in which it was received.
Digital Products (Downloads, etc.): Due to the nature of digital products, these purchases are non-refundable. This also applies to donations made via PayPal button. If you encounter an issue with your digital purchase, please contact us at hello@mattminnisphotography.co.uk, and we will work to resolve the matter.
Services (Custom Prints, Pet Photography, and Other Commissions): Due to the time and effort involved in providing bespoke photography services, including custom prints and pet photography sessions, all service-based purchases are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, time is allocated to planning, travel, and execution, making refunds nonviable. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us at hello@mattminnisphotography.co.uk, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@mattminnisphotography.co.uk with the following details:
Your order number
A description of the issue
For damaged products, please include photos of the item(s)
We will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
